Job Description

As a FULL-TIME OFFICE POSITION UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for researching, collecting, evaluating user requirements, and delivering exceptional user experience through the outstanding and intuitive application or website designs. 

An ideal candidate for this job role will be one who can work closely with our designers and marketing team to ensure the implementation of the UI/UX best principles and practices to ensure seamless design for all our digital assets. Since you will be responsible for delivering the online user experience, your role becomes critical for our success and ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Expected Responsibilities

• Investigating UX design requirements for all our digital platforms and assets
• Creating and conceptualizing comprehensive UI/UX design strategies for brands
• Optimizing UX in the design and working with the developers on exporting elements
• Designing UI elements and tools like tabs, widgets, navigation menus, etc., for our digital assets
• Delivering high-quality UX design solutions through graphic and visual designs, storyboards, flow diagrams, etc.
• Testing the UI elements like page designs, page flows, CTAs, banners, page layouts, etc.
• Collaborating with the content writing and marketing team to ensure the flawless creation and seamless delivery of tailored experience

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in designing digital products and services
• A portfolio of UI/UX design work for different platforms  
• 0-3 years of experience as a UI/UX designer or in a similar role
• Knowledge of Figma and Adobe range of products like Photoshop, Illustrator
• Familiarity with responsiveness in designs
• Understanding of dashboard designs and admin panels
• Time management and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize and manage tasks
• Loves creating and experimenting with new Landing Page designs

Nice To Have

• Knowledge about logo designs and branding
• Knowing how to convert the designs into HTML, CSS, jQuery
• Can make designs responsive in code and can test
• Advanced level of knowledge in coding

Must-Haves

• Ability to explain and discuss design options
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Speak good English and collaborate with teams
