Job Description

As a FULL-TIME/PART-TIME IN OFFICE/REMOTE POSITION Salesforce Developer, you will be working alongside other developers to modify or fix any APIs or queries that could be causing issues on the Salesforce side of the application. 

As an ideal candidate, you must possess strong knowledge and understanding of Salesforce, REST APIs, and Apex coding to help resolve any changes to the legacy codebase. You will be responsible for developing customized solutions within Salesforce, a CRM platform that lets businesses manage all sales, marketing, and communications services in one place.

Expected Responsibilities

• Repairing or developing new API or query requirements
• Working with the legacy codebase of Apex and REST APIs
• Working with remote developers and Team Leads daily on assigned tasks
• Helping to drive the successful completion of development projects
• Evaluating and implementing new technologies into the current development process
• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of technical standards
• Active participation in technical training and mentoring for junior team members and cross-functional teams
• Testing the platform properly before pushing new code to production
• Ensuring that the code is working properly with the .Net portal development team
• Performing development functions involving visual force, apex, triggers, components controllers, process builder, flow, etc.
• Implementing solutions defined by the client for specific customizations and data integration with customer applications
• Assisting daily in requirement analysis, technical design, data modeling, sprint planning, and team management

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Application Development
• Good understanding of different project methodologies, project phases, project lifecycles, milestones, and dependencies within a project 
• Experience in Git and strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to influence and communicate with a senior management team
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, along with an understanding of functional processes
• Adaptability to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid changes

Must-Haves

• Good exposure to Salesforce/CRM/Client technology with enterprise applications
• Proficiency in building solutions using Salesforce/CRM/Client technology in diverse niche

Nice To Have

• Relevant experience as a Team Leader
• Knowledge of proper SOW Documentation
• Proven history of building custom APIs
• Knowledge of C# or .Net, Bitbucket, and Visual Studio
• Knowledge of project management tools like Jira/Basecamp/Freed Base/etc.
